For our customers' benefit, we are able to send flowers to your friends and families anywhere in the United States.

It has been our recent experience that our customers' orders and floral gifts were being shorted repeatedly in order to pay for the expenses of belonging to the major Floral wire service networks such as F.T.D., Teleflora and 1-800 Flowers. They would take as much as 25% from each order for their use.

We have a system at Michael Thomas Floral Design Studio in which we call a florist in the recipients' town directly. They fill the order for full value and then it's delivered in a timely fashion, as requested by you.

Here's how it works. We take your order as usual. Then with your credit card information and your permission, we contact the destination florist to fill your order. They, the filling florist are given all your information regarding your order. They then fill it to FULL value. This system has worked very well for us for more than two years now.

Should there ever be any problem regarding your order, we ask the filling florist to call us back to answer all their questions. We are acting as your agent in these instances.

Our service charge for this service is only $8.95 plus sales tax. This charge will be the only charge you receive from Michael Thomas Floral. That charge will appear separately on your credit card statement. The filling florist will charge your credit card for the flowers you have ordered, their delivery charge and any applicable sales tax. This will appear as a second charge on your statement.
